How did this journey begin?
A shared dream of two friends finalized with Sheqer Pikant, which continues to grow day by day. Both professionals in the field of restoration, and above all with a great passion for culinary.


Cheese meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 6 butter tablespoons
  • ¼ ground nutmeg teaspoon
  • ¾ salt teaspoon
  • 1 ¼ cup tea flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ minced kachkaval cheese teaspoon
  • ½ ground pepper teaspoon
  • 1 egg yolk

Preparation:

Put butter, salt, nutmeg and 1 teaspoon of water in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat. Add the flour and mix well. Put it back on the fire and cook stirring for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each egg. Once we have mixed all the eggs add the cheese and pepper. Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. make some dough balls with the help n of a pastry bag, taking care to have enough distance from each other. Coat them with egg yolk and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 2o-25 minutes.
